Iraqi Voices

I
am appalled at those who oppose the war on Iraq. It seems
they do not realise that leaving Saddam Hussain in power
will lead to the death of many Iraqis.
Already
Saddam has killed 250,000 Iraqis who tried to topple him.
So it is a farce to say that we should leave it to Iraqis
to get rid of him. It is time for the international community
to hear the voices of those Iraqis asking for help in
removing this evil tyrant and relieve them from his oppression.
No
one wants to support an American invasion followed by
colonisation of Iraq. Thus, it should be an incentive
for us Arabs and Iraqis to fight for a proportional democracy
to be established within Iraq following the removal of
the Ba'ath regime. It is the only possible way to have
a bright future in Iraq.
