Alternative Iraq dossier

Sir - Some human rights organisations have accused the dossier about human rights abuses in Iraq of using the information to achieve political aims. As an Iraqi living in Britain, I believe that there is no better use for such information than being part of a campaign to remove the regime that committed them and replacing it with a democratically elected government.
